Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on July 19, 2021 found that In Home Personal Care Services, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on May 28, 2021.
